Starting pay is 26% - 28% depending on experience. Drivers are home weekly and home every weekend no questions asked. No forced dispatched. Minimum guaranteed 1k weekly pay regardless of the truck being down. Tarping is only 10% of what we do, but Tarping is not required. Average pay is between 1600-2100 weekly. Full coverage benefits, per diem pay, and more.
