A leading fruit producer is seeking a candidate who possesses the following abilities:

1. A valid driving license(code 14).

2. A valid PrDP.

3. Self-driven and focused on outcomes.

4. Able to communicate effectively.

5. Attention to detail and ability to follow up and give feedback.

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

1. Transporting employees daily in the mornings and

after work.

2. Transporting crates and fruit to packing facilities.

3. Ensuring that the fruit and crates are loaded properly and safely

onto the truck.

4. Complete Diesel Log Sheets and submit them to the office.

5. Complete Vehicle checks and records.

6. Cleaning/Sanitizing of the vehicle & personnel carrier after use.

7. Keep receipt and delivery notes neatly and submit them to the

office in time.

8. Abide by all laws regarding the transportation of goods and people.

9. Any other harvest and driving-related work required.

10. General Farm work as required from time to time.

Previous experience in a mechanical/maintenance position would be an advantage.

Starting date: April 2022

Contract type: Fixed Term Part-Time (April to September)

Salary: Negotiable
